Release

Muscles tight and hot,

Warmth gathering in my stomach,

Sweat dripping down my neck,

Fingers tingling, shaking begins,

Small tremors coursing through my veins,

Creating a burning fire,

My insides ignite,

A scream escapes,

Release comes upon me,

The stress is gone,

I fall into a deep slumber.
